Hey there Bobs and Bettys. This is Brent. Someone told me a few weeks ago that I write funny and I should start a blog. She pointed me in the direction of this web page. At first, I refused to do it, first of all, I don’t find myself all that fascinating, and secondly, “blog” has to be one of the most unattractive words ever. It sounds vaguely biological in an unappealing way. I did realize that I spend an unfortunate amount of time at work typing the same stories over and over to various e-mail recipients, so I figured I can just do it once and refer them here. I can even break it down so people can choose what stories they want to read, be it work-related or what have you. Or they can choose to completely ignore me.
I know for what I would opt.
Anyways, kids. This is either the start of something interesting, or the beginning of the end of communication as we know it.
I certainly hope I find interesting things to say.
